Non-discrimination in programs and services

Entergy Services, LLC, on behalf of the Entergy Utility Operating Companies, is a recipient of federal funding to support its smart grid transmission phasor measuring unit program. Entergy Services is committed to administering these programs for the benefit of the customers and ratepayers of the Entergy Utility Operating Companies consistent with their non-discrimination policies and the requirements of federal and state civil rights regulations.

Any customer who wishes to register a complaint that Entergy Services, LLC is not administering this program in compliance with non-discrimination policies or applicable law may file such a complaint with Entergy Services, LLC by contacting Entergy’s Ethics Hotline at 1-888-257-ETHIC (1-888-257-3844).

Additionally, customers who wish to submit a written complaint to the U.S. Department of Energy may do so within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination by mailing same to the following address:
